AOC olive oil is produced by integrated farming on the southern slope of the Alpilles mountains, with optimum sun exposure. It is a virgin olive oil. It is obtained from the fruit of the olive tree by mechanical procedures, in heat conditions that do not affect the quality. Of all plant oils, olive oil is the richest in essential fatty acids, it contains three essential fatty acids which help restore the skin‘s hydrolipidic film and boost cellular activity. Olive oil is an antioxidant. It fights effectively against molecular damage to the skin caused by the cold, pollution, ageing, etc.
